What is a roundtable?
Roundtable seminars are dedicated to fostering discussion that explores the intersection of contemporary academic thought with the Big Questions of ethics, worldview, research and teaching that touch upon every aspect of the scholarly endeavor. The Faculty Roundtable is based upon and adapts the approaches and experience of the Cambridge Roundtable to the needs of the Yale community. The Roundtable is sponsored by the Rivendell Institute at Yale and explicitly welcomes the participation of scholars from across the worldview spectrum from theist to non-theist to atheist (and every way-station along that path).
